Cocotal is a charming oceanfront vacation property located 2.5 miles north of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye, Belize. Set on over an acre of picturesque grounds, we offer direct water access from both the seafront and lagoon, perfect for kayaking, diving, snorkeling, and fishing. Tours conveniently pick up and drop off at our 200-foot ocean pier, and several nearby restaurants and beach bars are within easy walking or biking distance.

Our property features eight vacation rentals, including six stand-alone cottages and two suites in the main house, accommodating up to 18 guests. Each unit is thoughtfully appointed with fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, cable TV, WiFi, and daily housekeeping service. Guests can enjoy an in-ground pool, BBQ facilities, and complimentary bikes and kayaks. Local arrival and departure transfers are also included.
