Island Breeze Villa is a brand new 3-story custom beachfront estate with a huge rooftop living space and pool with scenic views of the Caribbean Sea and Placencia Village. The villa has 4 bedrooms w/ private ensuite bathrooms and a 5th bedroom with 4 single beds. There are 3 half baths – one on each floor. This unique property is located on Placencia Caye, which is just a few hundred yards from the center of Placencia Village, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and amazing Maya Mountains views!
The covered rooftop deck is a fantastic place to hang out. Cool off in the amazing rooftop pool or have a drink at the large built-in bar and entertainment area as you enjoy the amazing sunsets. You might catch a glimpse of a manatee floating around nearby! You can have the best of both worlds with the security and privacy of being on a private island yet only a 2-minute boat ride to the center of Placencia Village.
This villa offers the privacy and comfort of your own home; fully air-conditioned, high-end appliances, city power, water, etc., with all the associated high-end resort amenities such as daily maid service and a professional chef to cook your meals 3 pre-set days a week in the home.
Get on one of the provided paddle boards or kayaks, located right on the white sand beach behind home. Take a tour around the island and the amazing house reef on the front side of the island, or through the marina. Nice snorkeling is right around the island and the water is always smooth on the leeward side where the house beach is located.
Jump in the provided shuttle boat and have the captain drop you off on the Placencia Village dock, located at the end of the famous Placencia Sidewalk just 2 minutes away, and go into town and check out the fine restaurants, bars, or gift shops.

This Villa offers the privacy and comfort of your own home along with high-end resort amenities including daily maid service and professional chef to cook all your meals 3 days a week right at the villa (the actual cost of food purchased at the store by the chef for such meals is not included in rental rate). For those wanting more than 3 days of chef service additional chef days can be purchased through your concierge for $100 USD per day.

The staff at Island Breeze Villa will stock the fully equipped kitchen with provisions as requested in advance, so you and your guests can get into vacation mode right away. Your personal concierge will provide you with the list of available provisions and associated costs prior to your arrival. She will also work with you and your group after booking to plan your menu for chef days, book any tours and excursions, spa services at the house, special on property entertainment and transportation from/to the Belize City Airport.
