Constructed from shipping containers, Box House Boca Ciega features an open-concept design where the kitchen, living area, and studio-style bedroom seamlessly blend together. The home’s modern urban aesthetic is complemented by minimalistic decor, keeping the space bright and uncluttered, with a touch of Texas and Belizean charm reflected in the native hardwood cabinets.

The kitchen is equipped with full-size stainless steel appliances (stovetop only, no oven), concrete countertops, and all the necessary small appliances and cookware for dining in. A breakfast bar with stools serves as the dining area. The living space includes a full-size sofa bed and television, while the studio-style bedroom offers a king-size bed, closet space, and another television. Adjacent to the bedroom, the private bathroom features a concrete vanity, toilet, and a spacious tiled stand-up shower, with an additional large closet nearby. The home’s flooring is the original preserved shipping container floor, complete with rivets, adding character to the space. A washer and dryer are conveniently tucked away in a pantry area beside the kitchen.

Elevated from the ground, the home offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors in every part of the house bring the outdoors in, creating a seamless connection with the surrounding environment.
