Nohoch Che’en Caves Branch Archeological Reserve
Nohoch Che’en, which means “Big Cave”, is one of many subterranean sites in Belize found at the foothills of the Maya Mountains near Caves Branch River. Archaeological research states that the cave took hundreds of years to form. It also mentions that ancient Maya visited the site to conduct rituals.
